Updates and Support

• All customers are eligible for updates for one year from the date of purchase (irrespective of the type of transaction).
• Beyond one year, there is no eligibility for Updates or Support. Please contact us if you wish to include support to your license.
• Cypherix® products are stable and mature. We do offer technical support to all our customers for the first year.

Not received the purchase e-mail

Once the order has been processed, you will be mailed a unique download link with the registration code of the product, within minutes. If you do not receive the email within a minute or two, you can always get your download link and registration code by accessing our end user area using your email address.
